Model HWS8SS.50 is a 8 gallon per hour, 220 volt, compact, wall mounted water cooler that is ideal for the office, factory, or shop. The stainless steel cabinet is 14-7/8" square and is mounted to wall leaving floor space available for easy cleaning. The refrigeration system is balanced to provide low energy usage and a longer life assured by utilizing a high displacement compressor, a counterflow cooling evaporator/chiller, efficient capillary sizing, a large capacity dryer-strainer, and a fan-cooled condenser with maximum heat exchange. A wire service cord and polarized plug are furnished; 220V, 50 Hz. Environmentally friendly R134a refrigerant is controlled by calibrated capillary tube. Model HWS8SS.50 features a cabinet manufactured of heavy-gauge stainless steel that provides a smooth, unbroken, protective finish over the entire cabinet which is easy to clean and maintain. The contour design of the cooler top ensures proper drainage and prevents standing waste water. The stainless steel top with bright finish resists stains and corrosion.
Capacity is based on ARI standard rating conditions of 80°F inlet water temperature, 90°F room temperature, 50°F drinking water temperature.
Haws manufactures drinking fountains, electric water coolers and electric drinking fountains to be lead-free by all known definitions including ANSI/NSF Standard 61, Section 9, California Proposition 65 and the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act.
