Model HWUAC8SS is a barrier-free, wall mounted self- contained 7.8 gallon per hour electric water cooler with stainless steel cabinet. This model, when properly installed, complies with both child and adult ADA guidelines. The model features satin finish stainless steel cabinet and upper shroud, self-closing water valve operated by front or side push bars that require less than 5 pounds to activate, extra deep, Type 304 satin finish stainless steel basin and chrome-plated brass bubbler head.The refrigeration system is balanced to provide low energy usage and a longer life is assured by utilizing a high displacement compressor, a counter flow cooling evaporator/chiller, efficient capillary sizing, a large capacity dryer-strainer, and a fan cooled condenser with maximum heat exchange. Environmentally friendly R134A refrigerant is controlled by calibrated capillary tube. A four foot insulated power cord with NEMA 5-15 plug is furnished; 115V, 60 Hz. Capacity is based on ARI standard rating conditions of 80°F inlet water temperature, 90°F room temperature, and 50°F drinking water temperature. Model HWUAC8SS is designed to meet the Americans with Disabilities Act.
Haws manufacturers drinking fountains, electric water coolers and electric drinking fountains to be lead-free by all known definitions including ANSI/NSF Standard 61, Section 9, California Proposition 65 and the Federal Safe Drinking Water Act.
