Model TWBS.EW A prepackaged, fully engineered and tested system that mixes hot and cold water to supply tempered water to one eye/face wash or two eyewash fixtures requiring flow up to 5 gpm. System consists of a thermostatic mixing valve, a high temperature limit valve, a bypass valve, and an outlet temperature gauge. Unit is constructed of bronze, brass, copper and stainless steel. Ideal for areas where supply water temperatures falls below 60 °F (15 °C) while hot water supply is available. Unit contains no electrical components, thus suitable for combustible atmospheres. Maximum inlet pressure: 125 psi. Maximum inlet temperature: 180 °F (82 °C). Recommended inlet temperature: 140 °F (60 °C). Pressure requirements: 50 psi to adequately supply water for eye/face wash. Inlet and Outlet: 1/2" IPS. Dielectric outlet union provided.
